When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day of placing the order. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier availability and your location. What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat rate of $12.99 AUD for shipping worldwide.
If you require faster delivery, you can select our expedited shipping option for $15.99 AUD.
Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only accepted on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 pm (PDT, GMT-7). To request a change, please email us at [email protected].
Can I ship to an address different from my card billing address?
Yes, shipping to an alternate address is allowed.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
